Workshops
Rock Challenge® often runs workshop days for teachers and students to offer advice and tips for putting together an entry.
Keep an eye out on the website and emails for notices about workshops in your areas.
Our workshops normally cover the following:
- Choreography
- Set Design
- Costuming
- Soundtrack
- Concept
- Judging Criteria
- Drama
- Fundraising
If there's an aspect of Rock Challenge® that you would like covered in particular ? we're more than happy to look into it!
If you think you would specifically benefit from a workshop in your area, but there isn't one currently scheduled for the foreseeable future, get in contact - there may be the opportunity to run one specifically for schools in your area! | |
Buddy System
The Rock Challenge® UK team supports schools as much as possible. We can 'buddy' them with experienced schools to help them along the path to the event day, keep in touch through regular emails checking how the venture is coming along, and help get contacts with organisations who might be able to run workshops in the various elements involved in organising a Rock Challenge® entry.
We also let schools know about any funding opportunities that may be available to them and offer help and advice via email and the Rock Challenge® mobile phones. |
