    THEMES

    JOHN SPENDLUFFE TECHNOLOGY COLLEGE, Alford
    "Blood, Sweat and Diamonds"

What was your childhood like? Did you know every day 200 million children aged between 5 and 17 go to work instead of school? Look at your clothes, what is the story behind them? Have you ever wondered whose blood and sweat went into making them? Every child deserves a childhood; together we can stop the cycle repeating.

KING EDWARD VI HUMANITIES COLLEGE, Spilsby
    "Fate or Choice"

Do we choose our pathway through life or is it already decided by destiny? A young boy begins life as a blank canvas. Which way will he go? Nobody knows. Will he choose the good or evil route? He stands at the crossroads and does not know which way to go.

ST BEDE'S CATHOLIC SCIENCE COLLEGE, Boston
    "A Voice behind Bars"

Over the years, prisoners have fought for better conditions. 23-hour lock up, poor sanitation and overcrowding has forced prisoners to riot to highlight the need for reform. This fight goes on today as prisoners request the right to vote. Many say they lost their rights when they committed a crime. Does loss of liberty, mean loss of identity?

THE GLEED GIRLS' CAL AND TECHNOLOGY COLLEGE, Spalding
    "Pandora's Box"

I am Pandora, I live in a material world.
Zeus has left me a box and has forbidden me to open it.
Giving into temptation, I open the box and release death and disease into the universe.
      I hear knocking.
      It's hope.
The box releases hope to heal the broken world.
