    "Don't Look Back"

Orpheus sees the beautiful Eurydice dancing and falls passionately and obsessively in love. When a jealous Satyr has her murdered, Orpheus' song of grief melts the icy hearts of the gods and they permit him to enter the underworld to retrieve her. But Hades' conditions for her release are demanding: one look back and she is bound to hell forever.

COWES HIGH SCHOOL, Cowes, Isle of Wight
    "Faith, Trust and Pixie Dust"

All children except one grow up. Peter Pan a boy who dreamt of creating a utopia for youth. As Neverland awake to what it's become, Pan's dream has created a dark dictatorial dominion that's both a paradise and a prison. Follow us to the second star on the right and straight on till morning.

Have you seen the future, had a flashback of the past, or was it just a dream? Dreams make perfect sense when you're having them but sometimes our minds can deceive us. Most premonitions are of assassinations, attending funerals, watching countries go to war but the line between reality & dreams can get blurred. Are your dreams an inception?

    EVEREST COMMUNITY COLLEGE, Basingstoke, Hampshire
    "Alice in the Labyrinth"

Our theme is parallel dimensions using two people's lives to highlight the mistakes that we can all make. Our performance follows Alice and Sarah entrapped in a world of mystical creatures and mayhem. Is it right that we always want what we can't have? We carefully combined the two stories to produce one powerful message - Be careful what you wish for!

    "Control, Alt, Delete"

A teenage life is full of stress
Home, friends and school they try to impress.
To get away from these tribulations
They sit, type in different locations.
Bending the truth of their ID to view,
Other people won't have a clue.
After time they arrange to meet
      The Virtual World becomes Reality
But there's no 'log off' or 'delete'.

    HORNDEAN TECHNOLOGY COLLEGE, Waterlooville, Hampshire
    "The Evil Within"

The Columbine High School massacre occurred on Tuesday, April 20th, 1999.The massacre provoked debate, around the world, regarding gun violence involving youths, subcultures, bullying and the role of violent movies and video games. We explore in our performance this very issue and pose the question "Can such experiences affect our behaviour and the pathways we choose in our youth?"

KING ALFRED'S SPORTS COLLEGE, Wantage, Oxfordshire
    "Terror Below"

Sadly, terror is part of today's world sometimes it raises its ugly head and destroys life. Our dance shows how, on one busy day, terror struck in an underground railway station shattering the lives of the innocent people there forever. However, from despair comes compassion and hope. We cannot give in to "Terror Below".

    "Pompey Blitz"

1941 a siren cries out to its naval town's people, take cover. Our majestic Guildhall falls to its knees under the weight of German fire. Bold British men fight with pride and fear in their bellies, come morning our people will mourn but stand tall and proud. Tonight we honour those whose who lived, fought and died in the Pompey Blitz.

    MAYVILLE HIGH SCHOOL, Southsea, Hampshire

Every week two women are killed by their partners and one in four women experience domestic violence in their lives. Because of the mental torture these people are subjected to they often end up never admitting to being affected and can go on to commit acts of violence against others. Join us as we BREAK THE SILENCE OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE.

    "Game Over"

Two girls find an old games machine. They get pulled into the machine by a mysterious force and the computer starts to malfunction. Can they complete the levels and escape, or will it be GAME OVER?

PARK COMMUNITY SCHOOL, Leigh Park, Hampshire

    TOYNBEE SCHOOL, Chandlers Ford, Hampshire

Join us on the streets of London, as a beautiful secret agent and her nosey chauffeur are blissfully unaware of the danger ahead of them. A secret terrorist organisation is plotting to take over the world and our hero's need the help of the best supermarionation superheroes.

"A Day in the Life of a Park Bench."

"At the heart of our performance is a humble park bench. On an average day, in an ordinary park the bench means many things to many people - a seat, a possession, an obstacle, an opportunity, a home. Our performance begins as the sun rises at the start of a typical day in the life of a park bench."
