    THEMES

    ALL SAINTSí PRIMARY SCHOOL, Whetstone
    "The Lock Down"

This is a Victorian tale that will take you on the journey of young orphans. They are trapped and made to work like slaves in a region ruled by Governors, corrupted by money and greed. A small group of orphans wake up to this injustice and find the courage to try to escape and seek their freedom.

    BOWES PRIMARY SCHOOL, New Southgate
    "Friend or Foe?"

Our performance tells the story of what goes on between two groups of children in the playground. It features a boy that tries to befriend a girl but faces challenges from all around. Dance is used as a common interest for the children to become united. Told through the various styles of street dance in the playground of their school.

    RAVENSCROFT PRIMARY SCHOOL, Canning Town
    "The Power in Me"

As warriors of a new generation we are confronted each day with challenging decisions, that will shape who we are and who we will become; decisions which will demonstrate the power within us. If only we could see our future and understand the consequences of our actions, would this alter the path we chose?

    STAR PRIMARY SCHOOL, Canning Town
    "The River Runs Through It"

It is only 215 miles long from source to sea, but the Thames lies at the heart of Londonís identity. From the frost fairs of Henry VIIIís day to the silks and spices of foreign exploration, our great city owes its fame and fortune to the river that runs through it. But can we learn to value this majestic natural resource or will the forces of pollution overcome?
